The art nouveau hall is located in the annex at ground level. With a size of 80 sqm and a wooden floor, it is suited for
dancing and moving courses as well as for trainings, informational events or large group mediation. The column of cast iron on
a marble socket gives a special charm to the room. The mediation rooms are located in the main house. Conflict resolutions are
developed here with professional guidance in atmospherically and silently shaped rooms. There is a room for group talks as
well as one for individual talks. The courtyard finds its entry through a 2-story shed which is also available to the users of
the rooms. | ||

And how much is which?
Room rents for:
the hall (floor area 80 sqm; room heights 3,70 m - 5,00 m)
with changing room/lounge/tea kitchen
and sanitary facilities (114 sqm in total) is:
€ 30,00 (without VAT) for at least 2 hours during weekdays.
Every further commenced hour € 12,50.
At the weekend, the hall with its side rooms is available for workshops or events:
Here, we charge € 290,00 (without VAT)
from Saturday, 8:00 AM to Sunday, 06:00 PM.
€ 150,00 for a single Saturday or Sunday (10 hours)
Plus a final cleaning fee of € 25,00.
A large music plant and a Beamer can be used against fee.

Guest house (floor area 66 sqm with south-facing terrace)
In the guest house, there are two bedrooms, a kitchen with dining area, a bath,
a hallway/wardrobe and a south-facing terrace.
The rent for the guest house is € 100,00/per night (starting at two overnight stays.
Booking of single rooms is possible.

Conference room (18 sqm)
For the conference room with a separate restroom (20 sqm in total),
the room rent is € 12,50 per commenced hour.
Catering is possible in case of need, extra fees upon request.
Consultation room (14 sqm)
with a closed veranda in front, thus completely separated and quiet.
For the consultation room, the room rate is € 12,50 per commenced hour.
Catering is possible in case of need, extra fees upon request.
Small seminar and training room (18 sqm)
with a south-facing terrace in front, an own bath and kitchen in total (approx. 60 sqm)
During weekdays in the evening, the small seminar room with kitchen/bath
will be charged with € 25 for a 2 hour minimum booking period.
One weekend day € 100, and two weekend days € 180.
Cleaning fee € 15
Catering is possible in case of need, extra fees upon request.
The cellar vault (approx. 50 sqm) with separate access
A rustic room for special occasions. Built in rubblestone and with a rustic vault, it is suited for culinary wine tastings, smaller summer parties, exhibitions and as an additional room for events in the court.
In case of larger events, the hall with side rooms, the courtyard, the cellar vault and the guest house can also be rented as a unit.
